Presentation of Automatic Liquid Filling Machine. An Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is a specialized device designed to automatically and accurately fill containers with liquid products in a production line setting. These machines use various mechanisms, such as gravity, pumps, or pistons, to dispense precise volumes of liquids into bottles, cans, or other containers.

Automatic Bottle Filling Machines are most commonly used in beverages and soft drink industries. These machines use a conveyor belt which is an economical and fast way to fill bottles. Mostly PLCs are used for Automatic bottle filling machines, but you can make a very basic and versatile bottle filler using an Arduino. You can program the Arduino to automatically detect the bottle using IR or

Connect the Filling Machine module prototype with Arduino IDE. 2. Open the serial monitor on the Arduino IDE Tools-gtSerial Monitor. 3. Press the - button to decrease the value in the EEPROM, to increase the value to the EEPROM. 4. If the value has been adjusted, simply press the F button to try filling, if the value is in accordance

In this Arduino project we design a prototype for Automatic Bottle Filling Machine using Arduino Uno, conveyor belt, solenoid valve, IR sensor, and Stepper motor. Belt conveyor is driven by a stepper motor at a constant preset speed. The stepper motor will keep driving the belt until an IR sensor detects the presence of a bottle on the belt.

In this project, we will design and build a prototype automatic bottle filling machine using the Arduino board The Arduino board performs all control functions. The desired amount of liquid to be filled is first given by the user via the 44 matrix keypad and the input value is displayed on the 162 LCD screen.

The Automatic Bottle Filling System operates seamlessly through a series of integrated steps. First, an IR sensor detects the presence of a bottle placed within its range, triggering the system into action. The Arduino then activates a relay module, which in turn powers a 5V water pump to commence the filling process.

Layout of Automatic filling machine as in Figure 1.It consists of 2 valves, 1 ultrasonic sensor, storage tank, measuring tank and conveyor. a. Arduino UNO Microcontroller The Arduino Uno development board is based on the Atmel ATmega328, an 8-bit, 16 MHz microcontroller with 14 digital inputoutput IO pins, 6 of which are capable of pulse-width

Figure.1 Arduino Mega Arduino is an open-source platform used for building electronics projects. Arduino consists of both a physical programmable circuit board more precisely a microcontroller and a piece of software, or IDE that runs on a computer, used to write and upload computer code to the physical board.

The build is controlled by an Arduino, spinning a carousel of a half-dozen bottles under a fill hose with a stepper motor and timing belt. When in place, the system's water pump is activated, filling each bottle for a set length of time. For alignment, the device is rotated into a starting point sensed with a small switch, and the process
