West Point Crab Carnival II The West Point Crab Carnival was more fun than a bushel basket of crabs and a barrel of monkeys. I highly recommend if you've never been.

We're just a few weeks away from the 42 nd Annual West Point Crab Carnival, scheduled for Friday, October 4 th and Saturday, receive reserved seating for the entire series along with FREE admission to five shows at Concerts by the Bay in Mathews. This is a deal you don't want to miss!

Sponsored by the West Point Chamber of Commerce, the annual Crab Carnival holds a special place in the hearts of the Tidewater community members as a joyous celebration of the Town of West Point's history.. Held each year in the fall on the first weekend of October, the carnival is a celebration of local culture and history.

West Point Town Hall and DMV Select will close at 3pm on Friday, October 4 th for Crab Carnival and will be closed Monday, October 14 th in observance of Columbus Day. The Riverwalk will be closed for approximately two weeks this month for repairs. Work will begin Monday, October 7th and is expected to conclude Sunday, October 20th.

As of Wednesday morning, the 40th annual Crab Carnival was still scheduled to be held Friday and Saturday in the downtown waterfront district of West Point. CRAB CARNIVAL The 42nd annual West Point Crab Carnival will be held on Oct. 4 and Oct. 5. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Oct. 4 is the Tour de Crab Kids bike race, followed by live music, food and fireworks.
