Welcome to the historic Keweenaw Mountain Lodge. The Lodge is a privately-owned WPA-era wilderness resort in Michigan at the top of the Keweenaw that is open year-round for cabin guests. We are a quiet place, Audubon International Green Lodging establishment, and an international dark sky park with a focus of getting people closer to nature.

Brockway Mountain Drive is the highest drive above sea-level between the Rockies and the Alleghenies. The nine-mile stretch snakes up Brockway Mountain and was constructed in the early 1930s as a Great Depression project to employ more workers and to create a valuable destination asset. This occurred around the same time as the construction of the Keweenaw Mountain Lodge.
