Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention SHARP Program. The goal of the SHARP Program is to create a culture free of sexual violence and harassment, and retaliatory behaviors through a multifaceted approach. The program has two overarching responsibilities prevention and response.
The SHARP Program provides assistance to the following IAW AR 600-20 Soldiers and their dependent Family members who are 18 years and older A Family member does not lose their right to file a restricted report if they are also a DA Civilian A Soldier may file a sexual harassment complaint on behalf of a Family member

The Army SHARP Program will Focus on the victim, doing what is necessary and appropriate to support his or her recovery, and transition to survivor . Ensure SHARP response services are gender-inclusive, culturally competent, and recovery-oriented. Offer unrestricted and restricted confidential reporting options.
The Sexual HarassmentAssault Response and Prevention SHARP Program Office directs the Army's efforts in the prevention of and response to sexual harassment, sexual assault, and associated retaliatory behaviors. It integrates Army SHARP policy and ensures effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
