Task Manager System
In the past few days I have noticed the System process using a lot of CPU in Task Manager, around 25 - 40 CPU usage. Since then I have noticed my fans randomly start spinning a lot when I am doing light tasks, like using Chrome. I am also seeing the blue loading sign next to my cursor a lot.

the CPU usage comes from the Kernel to test memory for issues memtest. This usage is triggered via the idle maintenance task of Windows 8.110. You can use Task Scheduler to disable the idle task.
